Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, applicant type, requested service and referral source. Do not submit token PINs, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents through the public form.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, prepare a quote, provide requested support and maintain service records. Analytics will be activated only after valid configuration and, where legally required, consent.

Storage and sharing

The static website does not itself maintain a customer database. If a form endpoint is configured later, retention, access controls and vendors must be documented here before launch. Information may be shared with the relevant authorised issuance workflow only when necessary and explained.
